Cleaning sucks – you know it and I know it. It’s hard work, it’s tedious, and once something is clean, it usually doesn’t stay that way for long.
But you know what doesn’t suck? Makeovers! People, houses, whatever – it’s always fun to see before and after shots marking improvement and change!
So, why don’t we make cleaning a little bit more fun by incorporating everything that makes makeovers fun?! Through Vine, an awesome new app, we can! Through Vine, you can take a quick 6 second video of anything you’d like, and easily share it on Twitter and Facebook!
I woke up yesterday to a gross kitchen and a bunch of laundry to do. I was bummed out at first, but with Vine, I made a few videos showing the rooms before and after, and it actually made cleaning more fun!

I’m the worst at remembering to take pics. I’d wind up with a bunch of befores only.
I’m the same way! What makes Vine different is that you’re only making one short video – you start it at the beginning, showing the room (or whatever you’re cleaning) dirty and gross, pause it, then clean the room. Then, unpause, and show the room clean! It’s one video, and it looks super cool when it’s done!
