Regular readers will know that I’ve lost 50 pounds since my son was born 13 months ago. Well, 50 pounds is terrific – and I’m glad I lost it – but I’m definitely not done! I want to get down to a healthy weight – and at 5’3″, 216 pounds just doesn’t cut the mustard. I can expect to lose between 1-2 pounds a week using Shaklee 180, so in six months, I am hoping to lose anywhere between 26-52 pounds (hopefully closer to the latter)!
