Making an Exercise Plan!
Lately, I’ve been having trouble making it to my exercise group more than once or twice a week. There are a number of reasons for this: I may have had to wake up at 3 a.m. to change the baby the night before, or I may not have clean workout clothes to wear, or I may just not wake up in time.
Not this week. I am tired of seeing my weight loss number stagnant at 40 pounds. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, but this plateau has lasted long enough – it’s time to light a fire!
So, my goal this week is to work out three times with my Stroller Strides exercise class. And I will be holding myself accountable in my Friday post!
If you need accountability too, I encourage you to write down your workout goals as well!! How many times will you exercise this week? What will you do?

So true about writing down the work out goals. I have not been able to meet mine either, but I am getting there! Good luck this week. Stopping in from SITS.
Ok I’m joining you!! Workout at least 5 times a week…I will haul my buns out of bed at 5am I will!!!
Stopping by from SITS.
Nice to “meet” you!

I’m on the same page Becca. Ive been on a plateau for too long so my goal is to do biggest loser bootcamp 6 days a week for 45 minutes. Let’s do this Becca!
I’m with you on this. I have 20 pounds to lose and it has been a real struggle to get my motivation in gear. I started last week but this week is in earnest. I plan on walking 2 miles a day, with 10 to 15 minutes of light weights. Wish me luck
Going to take the KiSeong for a walk everyday around the neighborhood AND not stopped by McD’s for a McFlurry ;P
I can’t wait to start exercising after Baby #2 gets here in a couple months. I just hope I can stay motivated! That is a great idea, using blogging as a way to hold yourself accountable. I think that could really make the difference.
I am so bad about sticking with any exercise plan. I lost about 12 lbs. this spring – I was walking every day and keeping a food journal of my calorie intake. But, once I stopped, I’ve gained back about 4 or 5 lbs. I really need to get back down to business.
I have been slacking with my workout as well. This week I vow to wake up BEFORE I go to work, which will be at around 4am! :/ This will be a huge challenge that I am ready to take on. Let’s see how this goes!!!

Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. Thanks.
